Rates
My rate is $110 for the first 75 - 90 minute Intake session and subsequent 50 minute sessions.
Insurance
- BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee
- For other network providers, I do not file and full payment is required at the beginning of each session. I can provide the client with a statement that client can usually file themselves with their insurance company. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
- Does my policy coverage include tele-health (video) counseling?
- I CAN PROVIDE A BILLING STATEMENT FOR YOU TO SELF FILE WITH YOUR INSURANCE PROVIDER
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, check, HSA debit cards, or Credit Cards. Full payment is required at the beginning of each therapy session.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
